Using only basic tools, the master glass-makers shape, polish, and perfect the bowl to produce a highly textured and detailed piece. Employing a special glass fusing technique, the bowl is first sculpted using semi-refractory moulds where the glass is cast. A work of art themselves, the moulds are shaped skilfully and patiently and can only be used in a small number of ovens in limited batches. The finished bowl, produced entirely by hand, from the celebrated Vetrofuso Daniela Poletti studio is an instant way to refresh your home and add timeless Italian charm.
