Taormina Hand-Crafted Tea Towel Green

Italy has long had a tradition for the craft of making beautiful tiles which are then hand-decorated. With this idea very much in the forefront of their minds, our designers have developed the Taormina tea towel which is inspired by these time-honoured Italian techniques and artistry.

With delightful tile motifs, the tea towel has been hand-woven using old-style shuttle looms, creating a pure organic linen cloth that is soft to the touch and very practical to use. Naturally crumpled, you never need to iron it and the more you use it, the more pleasing it will become. We have chosen colourways that will look good in any kind of kitchen, contemporary or more old-style.

Hand-stitched and then decorated based upon the local symbols and colours of the landscape, inspiration is taken from the wonderful earth and stone, producing colours that blend wonderfully with all forms of interior design and fittings.

No two tea towels are the same, making them a unique and very special item for yourself or a gift for a loved one.
