Use & Care
Before you use this item for first time, immerse it in warm water for at least four hours.
For best results, we suggest you soak it for at least three minutes before each use, and use it when it is still wet. This allows a better cooking process and an easier clean afterwards.
All Tapinassi cookware can be used over any direct source of heat, including an open fire. If you are using it over an open fire or gas ring, we advise that you use a flame distributor or diffuser.
Being ceramic, this item should not be subjected to excessive thermal stress. Very cold liquids should not be poured into a very hot vessel.
We recommend that you use wooden cooking tools rather than metal ones.
This item can be cleaned in a dishwasher or with a sponge and washing-up liquid. Let it dry in an open rack before storing it in a cupboard.
